BA 9999 Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BA 9999 ("BA 9999", "we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the BA 9999 website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By creating an account at BA 9999, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the BA 9999 platform.

BA 9999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use BA 9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BA 9999 employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the BA 9999 platform.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at BA 9999. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. BA 9999 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BA 9999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. BA 9999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BA 9999 support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the investigation is ongoing.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed and all transactions made. BA 9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of unauthorised access, suspicious activity, or breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

BA 9999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your BA 9999 account balance instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount at BA 9999 is displayed on the deposit page within your account. BA 9999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted.
• BA 9999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your BA 9999 balance.

05 Withdrawals and Payout Policy

Withdrawal requests at BA 9999 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals are paid in BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.

Before processing a withdrawal, BA 9999 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of your payment method.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification status.
• BA 9999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus received.
• BA 9999 does not charge withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

BA 9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

06 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed at BA 9999 are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet details — including stake amount and game selection — are correct before confirming. BA 9999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.

Game outcomes at BA 9999 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for digital games, and by live dealer results for live casino games. All RNG-based games at BA 9999 use a provably fair system — results can be independently verified using the seed data available in your bet history.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, BA 9999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Bets placed on games that were subject to a known technical error at the time of placement may be voided at BA 9999's discretion.
• BA 9999 does not accept liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Players are encouraged to review the rules of each game before placing bets.

07 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

BA 9999 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply at BA 9999:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement at BA 9999 is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.
• BA 9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error or obtained through abuse of the promotion system.
• Players who self-exclude or request account closure while holding an active bonus will forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

08 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at BA 9999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any BA 9999 game or system.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BA 9999 staff or other players.

BA 9999 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, BA 9999 will take appropriate action, which may include reporting the activity to relevant authorities in addition to account closure.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your BA 9999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and withdrawal policy requirements.

BA 9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms or any applicable law.
• A player has provided false or misleading information.
• A player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• BA 9999 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is closed by BA 9999 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. BA 9999 will provide written notice of account closure where reasonably practicable.

11 Limitation of Liability

BA 9999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BA 9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits BA 9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the BA 9999 platform should be raised with our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
